Frank Giustra Takes 11.2% Stake In Libero Copper

The first couple months of 2024 have been busy for Libero Copper (TSX-V:LBC, OTC:LBCMF), and in the last 48 hours we have received two important news releases:
LIBERO COPPER CLOSES $3,000,000 FINANCING
"The Company announces that Mr. Frank Giustra, through Fiore Aviation Corporation (a company owned and controlled by Mr. Giustra) acquired 4,200,000 Units of the Company pursuant to the private placement. As a result of the acquisition of securities described above, Frank Giustra now owns and/or controls directly and indirectly 4,200,000 Common Shares and 3,700,000 Warrants, representing 11.21% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Company and 19.19% on a partially diluted basis. Prior to this transaction, Mr. Giustra did not hold any securities of the Company."
LIBERO COPPER ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
"The Offering will consist of 10,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.25 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one full common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant") with each Warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.50 for a period of 36 months from the date of issuance."
