At our worst, we are vengeful, inclined to insist on being right regardless of the cost, and are often driven by greed. However, at our best, we possess the ability to remain calm, deeply thoughtful, and self-aware, recognizing that we can sometimes be our own worst enemy.
In this video, I present a straightforward exercise designed to help avoid impulsive trading decisions. Breathing is the essence of life; without it, life ceases to exist. Therefore, tuning into our breathing and slowing down can assist us in making better decisions, both in life and in the financial markets.
